Message: I've been providing litigation and trial support since 1992, and have used everything from proprietary standalone systems containing barcode-accessed documents on laserdisc, through the current trial presentation software packages. I most recently worked with a client who has Sanction and was surprised that it's' not progressed much in terms of usability.
Fast forward to yesterday during lunch with a client, where he shows me TrialPad. In the time it took to eat a panini, I'd learned the basic features and had set up several exhibits with callouts and highlighting: color me impressed! I'll be promoting TrialPad to all my clients who go to trial.
